At Real Skin Care Amsterdam, we approach every order with care — from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives.
Order Processing
All online orders are processed once payment has been securely accepted.
Real Skin Care Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- Previous payment issues
- Suspected fraud
- Incomplete customer information
We may request additional details such as proof of identity or address. If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
All orders are subject to product availability.
Delivery — The Netherlands
Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are dispatched the same day.
- Weekend orders are shipped on Monday
- Public holiday orders are shipped the next working day
Shipping is handled by PostNL and includes Track & Trace.
Shipping rates (NL):
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- €4,95 for orders below €50
While we carefully prepare and package every order, delivery times depend on the carrier. Real Skin Care Amsterdam cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transport.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping via PostNL.
- Dispatch: same day for orders placed before 15:00 (weekdays)
Estimated delivery:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates:
- Europe: €15
- Rest of the world: €25

Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 15 days of placing your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- A return request must be included with the parcel
- The order number must be clearly stated
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
If a return does not meet the conditions, it may be declined and sent back to the customer.
Gift Cards
If a return is received without a valid return request, a gift card may be issued instead of a refund.
- Valid for 12 months
- Redeemable online on all products
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- One gift card per transaction
