Imagine October 1175 in Calabria, Italy: farmers step out of their wooden cabins as dawn breaks over a landscape speckled with bright yellow citrons. L’Etrog Acqua continues the story of the original L’Etrog by focusing on the open fields rather than the warmth of the cabin, replacing the date accord with extra freshness and drier woods.
