Venice Rococo by Arquiste captures the decadent intimacy of 18th century Venice — a world of pastel salons, gilded mirrors, and clandestine affairs hidden behind rosewood doors.

September 1757, Casino Venier, Venice.
In a discreet alley lies a secret ridotto — a private apartment for lovers. A door opens into a room washed in powder pink, pale green, and pearl white. The air is thick with violet, rose, and iris, while stucco garlands and cherubs shimmer in candlelight. Somewhere behind the walls, a mandolin plays softly, its melody weaving through hushed laughter and whispered promises.

The fragrance opens with Roman chamomile, luminous aldehydes, hawthorne, and upcycled Turkish rose water — airy, slightly herbal, and delicately sparkling. At its heart, black violet and blush rose bloom in soft harmony. The base melts into dusty iris and subtle, skin-like amber with a gentle animalic warmth, creating a sensual and enveloping trail.
