Delivery and returns

ORDER

An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by Real-Skin-Care. Real-Skin-Care reserves the right to refuse orders placed by customers involved in any previous problems involving payment. Real-Skin-Care also reserves the right to request any necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, their order will be automatically cancelled. Real-Skin-Care is only committed to carrying out received orders if stocks allow it.

DELIVERY TO MAINLAND THE NETHERLANDS

Every order made before 3pm on a weekday is dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday and any orders made on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping is handled by PostNL. Real-Skin-Care cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. Also, we package all our products carefully, so we can’t be held accountable if your package is damaged through transport. With PostNL you can use Track&Trace to monitor your package, so we can’t be held responsible for missing packages.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is managed by Post NL according to destination. And will take 2 to 5 business days. Cost €15 for Europe and €25 for the rest of the world.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can request a product exchange up to 15 days after placing an order. All costs for returns sent from mainland The Netherlands or outside of mainland The Netherlands are charged to the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

If the customer is requesting a return, the product must be in brand new condition, unopened and in its original packaging. Before sending, the customer should attach the order number and returns request to the product(s), specifying which product(s) they are wishing to exchange.
We recommend the customer uses a delivery service that provides a tracking number. If the returns request is refused by Real-Skin-Care, it will then be returned to the customer with no charge and they will receive no refund or exchange. If a product is returned without a returns request attached, then Real-Skin-Care will automatically create and send the Customer a gift card.
Real-Skin-Care gift cards are can be spent on any available products on our e-store and are valid for a year. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and are only valid one at a time.
